This is my friend Tanya, who had me take some classy pictures for her husband for Valentines day. It was really fun and we had an awesome time! Thank God for ice cold Mountain Dew. It was hot in there!

 

 

 

  

Disc Golfing Venture

I am not really a fan of Frisbee Golf like everyone else in Midland, but when I see a photo opportunity, I take it. It was cold, and wet, but Brian is a ham and takes the whole Frolf thing very seriously, so it actually was pretty fun. And really fun to edit.

Midnight photo shoot

so, after a couple vodka and rudbulls, and some time holding my camera taking snapshots of people who did not want their pictures taken, i begged a friend of mine to let me do a quick shoot. she agreed, made her makeup something funky, and we took a couple shots... this one was the only one that turned out good. i did some tweeking, and i made it awesome. "by the way, she actuall has huge brown eyes, but I thought blue was more captivating

The great Upper Peninsula

I went to the most beautiful place that I have seen in Michigan this week- Grand Marais. its a quaint little town with a population of only 400. There are no stop lights, and only one main road. It's located in the upper peninsula, along the Pictured Rocks National Shoreline on Superior Lake. Of course I brought along my camera, and although we didn;t even touch on most of the landmarks, we did get a chance to see some beautiful sites.

As soon as we got there, we took a stroll down to a pier. Apparently, at this very spot, some kids were playing on the pier during a storm or something, and got pulled in Lake Superior and drowned. Kind of scary! On this day though, it was calm and beautiful. So, I took the opportunity to pose my friends. LoL!

Flower Power

Not much to say about these. I never was really interested in nature pictures until I started experimenting. Now, every time I see a flower, I want to take pictures of it!





Yes, I really was laying on my belly in dirt to get this angle. Lol!

I randomly will be standing outside my parents house and the light will be just so that I can't help but get my camera out and starting shooting. I entered the last photo into our local newspaper website contest and I won 3rd place!
